Self-Management

Self-Management is a Self-* Property and a basic form of Self-Organization. It means to organize the system by introducing organizers, managers, and directors: to manage the systems by managers with obey the objectives and goals. Hierarchies of managers are in fact ubiquitous in social systems and organizations.
