Strong AI

Strong AI is artificial intelligence that matches or exceeds human intelligence. It is based on the thesis that it is possible to construct an artificial agent of human level intelligence (i.e. something that literally thinks, feels and is conscious) by building a physical system endowed with appropriate 'artificial intelligence'.
